Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all TruNativ tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
